Imagine every home, camp, classroom, and educational setting in your community having a treasure chest filled with Israeli books, songs, images and other media that represent the basic extended bookshelf of Israeli cultural literacy.
The Treasure Chest of Israeli Culture will:
- Be for different age groups
- Be adaptable to families, schools and classrooms needs
- Cater to different learning styles
- Be imaginative, creative and interactive
- Use innovative approaches and technology
- Be relevant to the life of the child and the community
The Chest might include:
- Books or stories
- Songs and music
- Artifacts from Israel’s past and present
- Posters
- Films, DVD, clips and TV shows
- Games, puzzles, etc.
