For my project, I've been working on planning BBYO's Midwest Israel Seminar. Chicago is so proud to be hosting this inter-regional convention that will educate nearly 100 Jewish teens about the Jewish homeland.

Our goals for the program are similar to the MZ Teen iConnect with Israel program:

  1. To build a community of Israel engaged teens who can provide each other with support and guidance in their lifelong work as Israel supporters.
  2. To prepare teens as articulate, strong and positive voices for Israel for college campus and beyond.
  3. To equip teens with their own personal stories about Israel and tools they need in order to share their stories with others.
  4. To expose teens to cutting edge Israel resources, deepen their knowledge about comtemporary Israel, and create an open space for conversation about issues surrounding Israel.

I will be working with BBYO teens from all over the midwest on this confrence. I'm sure that it will be a major success. Looking forward to seeing some of you there!
