Curriculum Catalogue
The Melton Centre has compiled an Israel education curricula database providing an analysis of publicly available curricula for teaching about Israel in Jewish day schools, supplementary schools and camps.
Compiling this catalogue was a first step for the iCenter in assessing the current state of the field of Israel Education, and determining the needs of the front-line educators teaching Israel across Jewish educational settings. While this database makes easily accessible the great amount of content and curricula that already exist, the iCenter is cultivating new resources that fill identified gaps in the areas of elementary grade curricula and curricula that take a modern, 21st century approach to Israel education.
